How long will it take to get my cookies?

Every batch of our delicious cookies is lovingly baked by hand and shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. All orders placed before 5pm will be ready for pick-up or shipped the next business day!

Are your cookies safe for those with nut allergies?

Our kitchen works with a variety of ingredients, including nuts, and while we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we can't promise a completely nut-free environment. If you have a severe nut allergy, we recommend speaking with your doctor before enjoying our treats. Your safety always comes first!

Can I return or exchange my cookies?

Our cookies are crafted for your enjoyment. Once they’re out of our kitchen, the deliciousness is all yours! Please be advised that our cookies are made-to-order, so ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Due to their perishable nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive your cookies in a condition that’s not edible, please take a photo and send it to us at hello@cookiesandcravings.com. We’ll work with you to make it right, possibly offering a free replacement!
